Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anikey ("the Service"), operated at anikey.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anikey is a lead enrichment platform that automatically enriches signup data with company intelligence, revenue estimates, growth metrics, and contact information. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, Google Sheets integration, Gmail integration, and AI-powered analysis.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One account per person or organization. Do not share API keys.

4. Plans & Pricing

• Free Trial — 14-day trial with 12 enrichments, 8 research credits, and 5 Gmail sends. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan — $99/month, billed monthly. Includes 120 enrichments, 60 research credits, and unlimited Gmail sends per month. Credits reset on the 1st of each billing cycle.
• Top-up Credits — one-time purchases of additional research credits: 25 for $19, 60 for $39, or 120 for $69. Top-up credits do not expire.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws (including data protection and anti-spam laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA).
• Submit fake, fraudulent, or scraped email addresses for enrichment.
• Use the Gmail integration to send unsolicited bulk or spam emails.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

7. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all lead data you submit to the Service.
• We process your lead data solely to provide the enrichment service. We do not use your lead data for any other purpose.
• Enriched data is written to your connected Google Sheet. We do not retain copies of your lead data beyond temporary processing.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process the email addresses you submit (e.g., legitimate interest, consent).

8. Google API Services

Anikey's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the OAuth scopes necessary to provide the Service (Sheets, Drive, Gmail). You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings or from the Anikey dashboard.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Anikey. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of enriched data. Company information is sourced from third-party providers and AI analysis, and may contain errors.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anikey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anikey operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
